L-3 Global Security & Engineering Solutions (L-3 GS&ES) assists clients in maintaining continuity of essential services in the face of natural, technological, and manmade disasters, including terrorism. We provide a wide range of training and exercises specifically tailored to meet our client’s needs.
Our emergency management services mission is to provide planning, training, exercise, and test and evaluation services to develop and enhance capabilities in emergency preparedness, crisis response, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and Continuity of Government (COG). To accomplish this mission, our products and services have been created specifically to:

Our staff has extensive experience in supporting communications and management information systems and developing a full scope of operational plans, doctrine, and emergency operating facilities. We employ exceptionally well-qualified, certified, and technically experienced personnel who have skills in operational planning, crisis management, disaster assistance, and activity and special event development.
