L-3 GS&ES on Team Awarded DHS IDIQ Contract
CHANTILLY, Va., September 4, 2009 – L-3 Communications' Global Security & Engineering Solutions division (L-3 GS&ES) was recently notified by its prime contractor, Winbourne & Costas, of its award of three contracts under the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) program. PACTS, which is a new multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) DHS program, is a service-disabled, veteran-owned, small-business (SDVOSB) set-aside that is designed to provide program management, administrative, clerical, and technical services to DHS agencies worldwide. The contracts have a potential period of performance of five years, and have an overall ceiling value of $1.5 billion across all four Functional Categories of services. L-3 GS&ES, as part of the Winbourne & Costas team, will be competing for work with the other PACTS contractors in three of the four functional categories – program management, administrative, and clerical.
