L-3 GS&ES Awarded National Level Exercise (NLE) 2010 Contract by FEMA

 

CHANTILLY, Va., May 21, 2009 – L-3 Global Security & Engineering Solutions (L-3 GS&ES) has been awarded an 18-month, $15-million task order by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) National Exercise Division. L-3 GS&ES will provide exercise support in design, development, conduct, and evaluation of NLE2010, the nation’s largest annual Tier 1 operations-based exercise. Under the task order, L-3 GS&ES will support the FEMA National Exercise Program and NLE2010 exercise life cycle in the National Capital Region and FEMA Region IX. NLE2010 will involve Federal Departments and Agencies, selected international governments, and selected states in FEMA Regions VIII and IX. The subcontractors supporting L-3 GS&ES on this program include Booz Allen Hamilton, Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Tetra Tech, The O’Brien’s Group, Alion Science, Bridgeborn LLC., Interface Media Group, Ogilvy Public Relations, Helios Global Inc., Readiness Resource Group Inc., University of Nevada Las Vegas, Manor Ridge Group, Dutko Worldwide, SP Griffin Productions, Investment Management Enterprise, Thoughtlink, and EJF Consulting.
