L-3 GS&ES Awarded ID/IQ Contract by Volpe National Transportation Systems Center

CHANTILLY, Va., July. 21, 2008 – L-3 Global Security & Engineering Solutions (L-3 GS&ES), was awarded one of four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts to provide the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center with a wide range of technical and management services for the Communications, Navigation, Surveillance and Traffic Management (CNS & TM) Systems program. The CNS & TM Systems contract is a follow-on program to the current CNS Omnibus program. This five-year contract has a total potential value of $125 million. Individual task orders will be competed among L-3 GS&ES, Raytheon, Boeing and SAIC.
