Homeland Security Intelligence Training Program Manager - (GSES JD45081)

We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee contractor support of intelligence analyst training. Oversee development and implementation of intelligence analyst training program. Conduct contract and task order management. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include (but are not limited to): -Manage and execute the contractual requirements -Lead proposal efforts on task orders -Maintain working relationship with COTR and senior Government program managers -Supervision of employees and oversight of subcontractors and consultants -Staffing the task orders -Activity reporting, planning and controls -Quality assurance of all deliverables MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred Clearance: MUST CURRENTLY POSSESS A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE with the ability to OBTAIN AND HOLD A SCI Relevant Experience (amount and type): 15-20 years experience in the following areas: -Program management – Leadership and management of teams and projects. Oversight of related administrative and personnel responsibilities -Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent -Office suite – High level of proficiency with word processing and presentation software. Solid understanding of spreadsheet programs -Prior work experience with intelligence analyst training in the Intelligence Community or State, or local government agency in the fields of intelligence, counterintelligence, security, or law enforcement -Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) processes, procedures and protocol, and training programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Prior work experience with training in the DHS Intelligence Enterprise -Familiarity with the principles of governance affiliated with Homeland Security, Intelligence Community, Homeland Defense, Law Enforcement, and/or other Federal, State, local, tribal stakeholders.
