Seeking an ULLS-A(E) Help Desk Technician with functional and technical experience. Provide Level I and Level II Help Desk support for ULLS-A(E). As a Help Desk technician, you must have a good working knowledge of the maintenance/supply processes of ULLS-Av6. Have the ability to clearly and concisely record all research conducted and customer interaction into the Help Desk software application. This position is only for 12 months. Required Skills: Must have extensive knowledge of U.S. Army logistics policies and procedures. Applicant must be capable of providing functional assistance to both end-users and CSSAMO's. Capable of providing limited technical assistance to CSSAMO's on the installation of both COTS and application specific software. Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
