EM Planner/ Program Analyst (Infrastructure Protection) - (GSES AH41410)

The Program Analyst will assist CPIMD in carrying out its mission by developing, reviewing, and commenting on IP matters within national level plans; OIP specific plans, policies, and directives; standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists and other job aids; and field operating guides. Draft white papers and presentations that analyze specific issues and evaluate options on emerging Infrastructure Protection issues and planning. Provide homeland security subject matter expert (SME) advice and analytical support for internal review and evaluation of contingency planning and incident management processes and procedures that support infrastructure resilience and protection. Help review FEMA JFO SOP and provide expert and timely advice on IP issues and initiatives as they apply to the JFO SOP. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in analyzing and evaluating emergency plans, procedures and methodology to include response operations, preparedness and mitigation. Candidates must be US Citizens currently holding at least a Secret, Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
