C-IED Integrator - (Engility GC46095 and/or Engility BL46096)

Develop and maintain the NECC force-wide Counter-IED training continuum in accordance DOD, JOINT, NAVY and NECC directives. Provide recommendations for changes to NECC force-wide training policy driven by the global IED threat. Maintain awareness of HSTL training capabilities and limitations and provide suggestions to higher regarding the HSTL programâ??s ability to meet NECC C-IED needs. Liaison with NECC HSTL Staff in order to ensure synergy of effort between CI2C personnel and the HSTL sites. Track status of recurring reports. Maintain a master library of all applicable references. Research IED intelligence via SIPRNET. Liaison with Intelligence Specialists regarding current worldwide IED threats. Assist Site Lead and 7 C-IED integrators. Draft related correspondence. Education/qualification/experience: Field Grade Level management experience in military operations, plans and policy (2 years minimum). Extensive knowledge of DOD, Joint, COCOM and Navy doctrine for COIN, IW and EOD/C-IED. Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD (CIN: A-431-001 or A-431-0012 or A-431-0014/A-431-0114). Qualification as a Master EOD Technician or EOD Officer (KG5) with operational experience (6 years minimum). EOD Combat Experience Preferred. Ability to interface with all levels of Command. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Applicants selected for this position will require background screening and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
