Eligibility – Employees eligibility to participate in L-3 GS&ES benefits is based on the contract they support. All employees, regardless of the number of hours worked, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Master Savings Plan and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Salary-related benefits, such as company-provided life insurance and disability, are based on the number of hours the employee is normally scheduled to work if part-time.
